- Blend on high speed until the mixture achieves a 'snow-like' fluffiness and the texture is completely silken.
- Use a silicon spatula to scrape down the sides if necessary to incorporate all ingredients.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut and cacao nibs to mimic fallen snow.
