  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions:

  1. Pour the unsweetened coconut milk and maple syrup into the blender base first to ensure smooth processing.
  2. Add the frozen pear cubes, raw cashew butter, scraped vanilla bean seeds, protein powder, and ground cardamom.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture achieves a 'snow-like' fluffiness and the texture is completely silken.
  4. Use a silicon spatula to scrape down the sides if necessary to incorporate all ingredients.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut and cacao nibs to mimic fallen snow.
