Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15ml) sriracha
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15ml) rice vinegar
- 1 tsp (5ml) toasted sesame oil
- 1 clove (5g) garlic, finely minced
- 2 to 4 tbsp (30-60ml) warm water
Instructions:
- Add the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, and rice vinegar to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes a thick, smooth paste.
- Fold in the minced garlic and toasted sesame oil. Continue whisking until the garlic is evenly distributed and the sauce smells nutty and fragrant.
- Slowly drizzle in the warm water one tablespoon at a time, whisking constantly. Stop once the sauce reaches a velvety, pourable consistency that still coats the back of a spoon.
