Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) sriracha
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5ml) toasted sesame oil
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, finely minced
  • 2 to 4 tbsp (30-60ml) warm water

Instructions:

  1. Add the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, and rice vinegar to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes a thick, smooth paste.
  2. Fold in the minced garlic and toasted sesame oil. Continue whisking until the garlic is evenly distributed and the sauce smells nutty and fragrant.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the warm water one tablespoon at a time, whisking constantly. Stop once the sauce reaches a velvety, pourable consistency that still coats the back of a spoon.
