Instructions:
- Cream the butter and coconut sugar in separate bowls for each base until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- In the chocolate bowl, sift in the cocoa powder before adding flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips last until two distinct doughs form.
- Using a small scoop, take one ball of vanilla dough and one ball of chocolate dough, press them together lightly in your palm.
- Gently roll them into a sphere to create a marble effect.
- Place the balls 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, then let cool.
