Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cream the butter and coconut sugar in separate bowls for each base until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  3. In the chocolate bowl, sift in the cocoa powder before adding flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips last until two distinct doughs form.
  5. Using a small scoop, take one ball of vanilla dough and one ball of chocolate dough, press them together lightly in your palm.
  6. Gently roll them into a sphere to create a marble effect.
  7. Place the balls 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, then let cool.
