Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter
- 6 cloves (18g) garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups (360ml) heavy cream
- 0.5 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp (3g) salt
- 0.25 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in your skillet over medium low heat. Don't let the butter brown too much.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in the heavy cream and increase the heat to medium.
- Simmer gently for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.
- Whisk in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Continue stirring for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is glossy and coats the back of a spoon.
- Remove from heat immediately once the cheese is melted.
- Stir in the fresh parsley.
